the breakfast had a good variety and was freshly made.
the AC in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t sleep. the hallways felt humid and the pool was permanently closed.

Convenient location for JFK airport with shuttle service. Pleasant staff, stunning room, and thoughtful anniversary care package.
Felt extremely safe, nothing too much trouble.

the room was clean and comfortable, with a large, bright bathroom featuring a tub and shower. i appreciated the large, convivial restaurant/bar area, where the food was acceptable. the staff was warm and eager to help, from the prompt and efficient shuttle service to the kind and fast check-in process. i also enjoyed the strong water pressure in the great shower and the convenient free shuttle to the airport. mr ric or ron was particularly helpful, changing my room and providing assistance with restaurant menus and directions to the exercise room.
